Anxiety Management Specialist

I am a fully accredited Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, an Integral Eye Movement Practitioner and a Clinical Hypnotherapist based in Bristol. I am friendly and flexible yet focused in the way I work.

I specialise in anxiety management for people in all walks of life and of all ages. Anxiety is different for each person, so it is incredibly important to work in a flexible, client centred way. These are your sessions, and the first step to anxiety management is giving you back control in your life.

I practice from home as I know how important it is to have a relaxed and comfortable place for my clients but, if needed, I can also book sessions at the Wells Road Osteopaths. I also offer online sessions via Zoom or Skype.

Working Together.

Everyone has the ability and resources within them to be successful, but we may occasionally need a little helping hand along the way.

I am here to support you in whichever way you need, until you are confident in your own abilities. Together, we will find solutions and strategies that work best for you as an individual, empowering you to be in control of your own future.

The three therapies I use are:

Neuro-Linguistic Programming

Simply by using structured language, NLP makes change easy. It turns anxiety into confidence, lack of direction into focus, self-doubt into self-belief.

Hypnotherapy is a gentle way of encouraging your subconscious mind to make the change you need. It has the added bonus of also being incredibly relaxing!

IEMT

For reasons that are not fully understood, eye movements appear to connect to the part of the brain that stores our memories and emotions. Integral Eye Movement Therapy (IEMT) uses specific language whilst guiding eye movements to reduce the emotional impact of any unhelpful patterns of thought, feelings or behaviours.
